If you are not entirely satisfied with your jewelry, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund in 3 simple steps:

• Send us an email at returns@nidatabba.com with a picture of the product you would like to return.
• We will send you a shipping label.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
